Jennifer is a self-taught mosaic artist residing in the Four Corners area of the desert southwest. She creates mosaics using natural elements such as turquoise, copper, quartz, hematite, pearls, jasper, peridot, gold, silver, and iron pyrite on recycled, found, and repurposed substrates. Swarovski crystals, vintage rhinestones, glass, found objects, and unique metal embellishments are also featured heavily. However, her signature style is derived from her use of handmade tiles and hand crafted mirrored and metallic glass.

Originally from Louisiana, Jennifer now draws her inspiration from the natural beauty of the San Juan Mountains and the high desert. Although the cultural influence of the southwest is evident in her pieces, the playful “Laissez Le Bon Temps Rouler” attitude of her Louisiana roots is also reflected. The result is a unique and playful convergence of styles, colors, and textures.
